Building the communications foundation for ASME’s sustainability ambitions.
A three-year embedded role within ASME’s sustainability organization combined strategic counsel with day-to-day communications leadership.
The work shaped institutional positioning, translated technical priorities for executive and external audiences, and developed the content foundations supporting ASME’s sustainability agenda.
The context
ASME’s sustainability work spans climate action, standards, policy, workforce development, technology, and global programs. The opportunity was to connect that breadth through a coherent institutional narrative and a clearer public role.
CATALYZE as the capstone
A sustained positioning and communications foundation linking engineering authority to industry action. CATALYZE became a capstone project—the culmination of years of enabling work connecting ASME’s technical expertise with the audiences and organizations needed to advance the sustainable industrial transition.
